Eligibility:
Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis: Individuals who
are fleeing domestic violence or trying to stay safe from domestic
violence and who
-Live in Oregon
-Are a parent or relative caring for a minor child, or are pregnant
-Meet income limits for the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program.
-Are at risk of domestic violence, either now or in the future, including violence done by family members, partners, or people who live in the same house
-Live in Oregon
