ENDEAVOR PROGRAM
Provides outpatient substance use disorder treatment services to reduce interpersonal violence (IPV). Endeavor IPV uses Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to reduce recidivism and improve community safety.

Eligibility: Must have conviction of a crime that constitute domestic violence, have court order and referral from Lane County Parole and Probation.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Requires a referral from Lane County Parole and Probation. Will be scheduled for intake and orientation
FEES: Oregon Health Plan (OHP) may pay. Free slots may be available for low-income individuals who are unable to pay for treatment.
DOCUMENTS: None required at intake
