Provides families under stress with a comprehensive set of early childhood and parenting programs, including case management, home visitation, respite care, and early intervention/early childhood special education. Also provides early childhood therapeutic classrooms.

Programs for participating parents include a clothing closet, parent education groups, support groups, parent training, a parent resource library, and referrals to child passenger seat programs.

Eligibility: Families with children ages 6 weeks-6 years. Eligibility is determined through an intake process. There are no income eligibility requirements.
