Eligibility:
Age 18 and older with developmental disabilities that are eligible
for public funding. Clients are either referred by the state, Lane
County Developmental Disabilities Division, Full Access or Mentor
Oregon (service brokerages), or by friends, family, or
self-referral for those with the ability to privately pay for
services.
