SHELTERCARE SHORT TERM HOUSING
FAMILY HOUSING PROGRAM
Provides homelessness prevention services such as emergency shelter, transitional housing, advocacy, assistance in finding income and housing, supportive services, and information and referral. Helps families develop and address goals with focus on maintaining stable housing. Eligible households will be added to a central housing referral list for all programs they qualify for.
