MEN'S TRANSITION PROGRAM ROOSEVELT CROSSING
Provides transitional housing and supportive services to individuals released in Lane County from prison or jail, and currently on correctional supervision in Lane County. Average length of program is 60-90 days. Services in addition to housing include: case management; behavioral health; drug and alcohol treatment; as well as assistance with clothing, ID, bus passes/bicycles, employment search, and finding long-term housing. Specialized services available for veterans.

Eligibility: -Male-identifying individuals on correctional supervision in or releasing to Lane County.
-Priority for transitional housing provided to those releasing from state prison who would otherwise be homeless and who are at greatest risk to become reengaged with the criminal legal system without supports.
-Participants expected to follow program rules, remain clean and sober (tested by urinalysis and breathalyzer), obtain full-time employment or be enrolled in school full-time, and follow all conditions of their supervision.

FEES: Housing cost: First 30-days free, $1.50/day for next 30-day period, $6/day for following 30-day period. Food cost: $7/day (can be paid using SNAP benefits).
