SECOND CHANCE RENTERS EDUCATION
Provides a series of eight classes designed to lay the foundation of what people with poor rental and/or credit history need to know in order to become successful and responsible tenants. Upon graduation and completion of all required activities, Participants receive a certificate of completion and performance guarantee that is honored by landlords throughout Lane County.
