Eligibility:
-Age 18 and older
-Gross household income 85%-300% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL)
-Uninsured patients who meet Volunteers In Medicine eligibility guidelines
-Patients who do not qualify for any state funded health care
-Oregon Health Plan and Medicare patients not yet assigned to a provider or unable to get a provider
-Insured patients with a high deductible ($2,500 and above)
-Medical condition not caused by a motor vehicle accident covered by insurance or a work-related illness or injury that involves Workers' Compensation coverage.
