FAMILY CAREGIVER SUPPORT PROGRAM
Provides resources for unpaid relative caregivers who are caring for a relative 60 years of age or older, an adult with disabilities, or caring for a relative of any age with dementia or related diagnosis. Support is also available for grandparents ages 55 or older who are caring for children under 18, or adults with disabilities. Resources include respite care reimbursements, supplemental services, counseling, support groups, trainings, and information and referral.

Eligibility: Unpaid family caregivers, who are caring for a loved one over the age of 60, an adult with disabilities, or those with dementia of any age. Those who are caring for children under 18, need to be age 55 or older and must be related to the person receiving care by blood, marriage, or adoption, and the person being cared for must have parents who are unable or unwilling to be the main caregivers

TRAVEL/LOCATION INFORMATION: Going north on Highway 101, turn right on Ensign Lane. Go past Costco to the stop sign and turn right on SE 19th Street. The office is at the end of the road. When SE 19th Street curves to the left, go right on SE Chokeberry Avenue. It is a one-story, tan building.
