FEES: Drop-in fees and memberships available. Varies by service for recreational activities, classes, and special events. Discounts available for Lincoln City residents. Scholarships available for youth under age 18.
DOCUMENTS: Proof of residency required for local resident discount. Proof of income eligibility required for youth scholarships (Oregon Trail/EBT card, Oregon Health Plan, Free/Reduced Lunch Program, tax return, etc.).
