INTAKE PROCEDURE: Check waitlist status on website. Waitlists for Section 8 and public housing open periodically and the wait for those currently on the list is 3-5 years.

Currently providing preference to those experiencing domestic violence; must be referred by Clackamas Women's Services. Accepts Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) referrals; must be a homeless veteran and do an intake through the VA. Currently accepting referrals for Shelter Plus Care; must be referred by Clackamas County Behavioral Health.
FEES: Rent based on 30% of income
