Adult protective services investigates incidents of abuse or neglect involving older adults and people with disabilities who are living in a facility or their own homes and provides a phone line to report abuse or neglect.

FEES:
None for most programs. Those with higher incomes who receive
long-term care services may be required to contribute toward the
cost of services.

LANGUAGES:
English, interpretation or signing by arrangement. Drop-in visitors
needing a language other than English can be served using a phone
interpretation service.

Multnomah County north of Burnside, east of the Willamette River,
and west of 82nd Avenue (parts of zip codes 97218 and 97220 and all
of zip codes 97203, 97211, 97212, 97213, 97217, 97227, and 97232)
