UTILITY ASSISTANCE
Provides assistance with utility bills (electricity, natural gas, propane, and heating oil) through the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). Households can typically only receive help once per program year, but there may be exceptions, especially for NW Natural Gas assistance.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Visit website to check when applications are available to download or pickup from a local office. Completed applications can be submitted anytime. During October and November priority is given to senior and disability households. Call Help Desk if at risk of disconnection.
