COMMCARD PROGRAM
The CommCard Program is a communication and accommodation program that facilitates understanding and effective communication between a person with a developmental disability and another person. The ARC issues a voluntary card with information about a person's diagnosis, address, advocate contacts, behavioral presentations, as well as communication accommodations and stress-diffusing topic.

The Remission of Fine Orders and Driver License Reinstatement Opportunity forgives fines and fees due to traffic violations that caused legacy suspensions of driver’s licenses before October 1, 2020.
