Provides a navigation center that offers clothing such as jackets and shoes (2 each every 6 months); all other clothing is 20 items per month. Camping supplies (tarps, sleeping bags, and backpacks: 1 item per person), toiletries (2 visits per month), restroom, light snacks, and beverages, bus passes (10 per month, by availability), Internet access, a community phone, and a temporary mailing address. Also provides a secure location for medication storage, including refrigeration and Narcan/Naloxone on site.

Provides after school tutoring, reading mentors, and finance, cooking, and sewing life skills classes. Computers and printers are available for job seeking purposes.

Drop-in center providing a food pantry, help in applying for state benefits such as OHP or SNAP, public shower and laundry facilities, assistance with educational needs such as re-enrollment or school supplies, and specialized information and referral.

Provides drop-in services, housing assistance, and employment services to self-identified women over the age of 25 who are experiencing homelessness without minor children in their custody.

Drop-in services may include:
-A safe, comfortable place for women only (well-mannered pets are welcome)
-Information and referral
-Access to a phone, community voicemail, mailing address, and computers
-Shower
-Washer and dryer (for women who are staying outside)
-Snacks, coffee, and a weekly lunch

Housing services may include:

-Information and advocacy
-Assistance in applying for subsidized housing
-Move-in costs for women who have stable income (when funds are available)
-Help reducing barriers to housing and assistance with landlord appeals
-Permanent housing placement for chronically homeless women (when housing programs have capacity)
-Assistance with the physical move and household items (only available to women in HTP housing)
-Ongoing case management for housing clients

Provides emergency assistance, information, and referrals to help households access specialized services and mainstream benefits. Services include clothing, diapers, personal hygiene products, prescription assistance, and local transit single ride bus passes (bus passes can be requested twice per month per availability). Also provides assistance completing forms to obtain ID and birth certificates, and may be able to provide payment assistance.

Provides a safe and supportive space for young adults. Services during drop-in hours include: computers and wifi, charging stations for devices, games, music, movies, laundry, information on social services, coffee and snacks, and a quiet corner with activities.

Provides breakfast and hot lunch, clothing closet, hygiene supplies, bathing and laundry facilities, computer/internet access, temporary mailing address, phone messaging, one-on-one advocacy, and OHP enrollment on-site weekly. Replacement ID services are available in exchange for volunteer service. Tents, tarps, and blankets offered when available and in exchange for volunteer service (can be waived if needed). Bus passes are available for court or parole meetings in Coquille. Local bus passes are available on a case by case basis. Warming Center is open as dictated by weather parameters.

Drop-in center for people living with HIV/AIDS. Services include hot breakfasts and lunches, access to phones, a mail drop, computers with internet access, TV, VCR, clothing, shower, and hygiene supplies. Clients have access to washer, dryer, massage, acupuncture, foot care, and haircuts by signup. Recreational activities include art therapy, games, and other activities. Our Daily Bread Express program delivers meals directly to those who are homebound with HIV.

Provides a drop-in day center with services that include two meals a day with a sack lunch to-go, showers by appointment (not wheelchair accessible), haircuts, computer and telephone access, blankets, clothing, shoes, and hygiene items. Referrals to resources surrounding housing, mental health, and substance abuse. Also, assistance with determination of homelessness letters.

Provides employment related services to reintegrate homeless veterans into the labor force. Services include job search training and placement, employment readiness training, career exploration, and vocational/technical training. Also includes assistance in accessing benefits and services to housing, transportation, identification, clothing, computer access, and more.

The online directory of Washington libraries is a project of the Washington State Library. The information in the database is provided by local libraries. Some libraries may elect not to submit complete information. Most libraries have children's library services and public internet access.

Website provides a search tool to find local libraries. The "Answerland" chat service can provide recommendations and other help.

See individual library websites to find story times and library activities for children; search databases for articles; and download e-books, audio books, and videos. Using local libraries requires a library card. Many libraries have internet-connected computers for public use.

Offers services to assist community members in getting back to a place of financial self-sufficiency. Asset building services include Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) assistance and FDIC Money Smart Financial Education classes. One-on-one counseling is also available for credit health assessments, business plans, debt reduction, and accessing free credit reports. Also offers tax preparation assistance and computer access for self-filers.

Provides resources and support for homeless youth and their families by working in schools and in the community and operating a drop in center that helps with basic needs. Drop-in center services include a food pantry, personal hygiene supplies, diapers, baby formula, sleeping bags/bedding/tents, dog/cat food laundry facilities, computers for schoolwork/job searching, youth counseling, harm reduction workshops, art therapy, advocacy, case management, temporary mailing addresses and referrals to other community resources.

Provides a low-barrier day center that offers computers and charging stations, laundry facilities, restrooms, showers, and resources. Access to the day center is in four, 3-hour time blocks. A ticket is required for each time block.

Do Good Multnomah runs shelter and bridge housing programs on site to help people continue on their path to permanent housing. Referrals come through the Day Center.

Provides an online community calendar to help community members find classes and events held at local libraries. Events and classes include job seeker resources (support groups and resume workshops), computer help classes and access to computers, arts and crafts instruction, book clubs and discussion groups, chess clubs, cultural celebrations and festivals, early reading skills, teen programming, lectures and author talks, money and finances programming, performances and exhibitions, story times, and special programs for parents with children ages 0-6.

All HOST programs offer resource and referral information, case management, and crisis intervention for youth. HOST services are provided at two sites. This is the drop-in site.

HOST's two main programs are:
-Daytime Resource Center: Drop-in services include showers, laundry, computer access, breakfast and lunch on weekdays, case management, and skill-building.

-Transitional Living Program (TLP): TLP is a multi-phase program for enrolled young adults, ages 18 - 24, limiting 14 participants at one time. Those enrolled in TLP stay in our 14-bed overnight shelter and access our staff and resources 24 hours a day. Each works with our Case Managers to set and accomplish their health, housing, education, and employment goals.

Provides case management, information and referral, mailing address, telephone, job search-related printing, resume creation, hygiene supplies, education opportunities. Showers and laundry are available at various locations and times.

Day services are available on a drop-in basis for homeless youth that are eligible to enter the Homeless Youth Continuum. Services include providing basic needs, meals, recreation/activities, showers, laundry, phone, mailing address, and computers. Safe space for LGBTQ youth.

Visitors can use indoor, climate-controlled seating and outdoor, shaded picnic tables.

Provides information about internal programs, one-on-one resource navigation, workforce navigation (resumes, job search, and more), COVID-19, and flu vaccines, depending on availability and on-site usage of iPads. Is a host site for Multnomah County Access Attorney Program office hours (victim advocacy, system navigation, and general information).

The Resource Center helps people access services at Transition Projects, Bud Clark Commons, and other agencies to help people transition out of homelessness into housing.

Day and week lockers are available. Work verification is required to have a locker longer than 1 week.

Washers and dryers are free. Detergent is included. People may do one load of laundry per week. First come first served.
Sign up for a 20 minute time slot at the check-in desk for showers or clothing room access. Towels and basic hygiene supplies provided. People can access one outfit per week. Depending on supplies available, hygiene kits may include soap, shampoo, lotion, deodorant, toothpaste, and other hygiene products.

Volunteer stylists provide free haircuts up to three times a week. Limited spots are available and start at 1pm.

Provides a mailing address and phone message service for homeless individuals. A TPI identification is required in order to receive mail. If mail is not picked up after two weeks, it is returned to sender. Phone messages are available for pickup anytime during open hours and must be picked up within one week.
