Eligibility: Age 65 and older or age 60 and older and living with a disability. Must meet income qualifications.

Eligibility: Ages 62 and older who are at, or below, 60% of Oregon’s current median income (Oregon current median income is $42,937). Must be the applicant's primary residence, and service must be billed in the applicant's name.

Eligibility: Age 65 and older. Must meet annual household income requirements. Applications must be renewed yearly by July 1st.

Eligibility: Age 60 and older and adults with documented disabilities. Income limits also apply.

Eligibility: Energy assistance: Low-income households
Emergency assistance: Low-income households with past due or shut-off notices
Age 60 and older and adults with disabilities: Monthly power, water, sewer, and garbage bill discounts for customers of City of The Dalles, Northern Wasco County PUD, and The Dalles or Hood River Disposal
Weatherization: Low-income households under 200% of federal poverty level; permission from landlord/property owner to weatherize a rented home
Outreach: Must live within the service area
