Provides GED test preparation and assists immigrant, refugee, and community members in job and career planning.

The Anti-Trafficking Project and Cannabis Workers Program provides human and labor trafficking hotline services, including safety planning, risk assessments, hygiene items, clothing, food, mental health, substance abuse treatment referrals, applying for public assistance benefits, and document replacement. In addition, the program offers assistance with GED, resume building, transportation to interviews, and referrals to local services for job training and career development. Case management and medical accompaniment services are also available. All services are confidential.

Blue Mountain Community College (BMCC) is a comprehensive community college. Program areas include professional technical certificates and degrees, college transfer degrees, college preparatory and adult basic skills training, workforce development programs, continuing education, community education, and self-improvement. Locations are in Pendleton, Hermiston, Milton-Freewater, Baker City, Boardman, La Grande, and John Day.

Offers a specialized program designed to help those with the learning disability dyslexia learn to read, write, and spell. Also helps students qualify for enrollment at Rogue Community College (RCC) and assists them in preparing for their GED in language arts, math, science, and social studies.

Provides educational services for homeless, runaway, and at-risk of becoming homeless youth. Classes for credit include middle and high school basics of language arts, math, sciences, and social studies. Students will also be offered GED preparation/tutoring. Students will receive support with resumes, employment applications, forms, and bills. In some situations, class times can be arranged to fit individual needs.

Alternative school offering educational and vocational training for at-risk and out-of-school youth. Services include instruction towards a high school diploma or GED, career and skills assessments, work experience, job training and placement, and specialized services for youth in foster care and pregnant and parenting teens.
