Also connects parents to support programs, parenting classes, home visiting programs, ESIT (Early Support for Infants and Toddler), ASQ Screenings and resources for children with special health care needs. Also offers a navigator program to assist with applications for health insurance through Washington Healthplanfinder including Apple Health for Kids (Children's Medicaid), Apple Health for pregnant women (First Steps), Apple Health for adults (Medicaid), and Qualified Health Plans (QHPs).
