Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) is the Washington State Department of Early Learning program designed to be the first point of contact for any parents concerned about the development of their children. ESIT offers free developmental screenings for infants and toddlers along with an informational meeting for parents with a Family Resources Coordinator. Once a child is screened, a Family Resources Coordinator helps each family access the Early Intervention services through a referral system and provides each family with additional community resources for support.

Oregon Family to Family Health Information Center (OR F2F HIC) operates a call-in center for family members of children and youth with special needs and chronic health conditions (developmental and emotional disabilities, behavioral problems, and chronic physical illnesses) and professionals who serve them. The center specializes in providing information and resources related to health information, health care access, and special needs systems and supports. All calls are confidential.

Provides developmental screening services for children who have disabilities and/or developmental delays. Families are provided with a Family Resource Coordinator who will help to develop an individualized Family Service Plan.

- Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE): Specially designed instruction for children ages 3 to the age of public school eligibility in the areas of communication, cognitive, social/emotional, adaptive and others.
