RENTAL SUPPORT PROGRAM
Provides assistance with deposit fees and first/last months rent in order to secure rental housing. Tribal members may receive up to $4,500 based on fees included in rental agreement. Assistance may be provided in roommate situations. Payments will be directly to landlord or rental agencies. Households are limited to one payment over a 5 year period.

-Household income is within 60% of Median Income Guidelines
-Must have sustainable income to cover rent on a monthly basis after assistance is provided

-Proposed rental agreement with all fees listed
-Income verification for all adult household members
-Landowner verification form completed by landlord or rental agency
-Verification that a tribal member child lives in home (if applicable)

TRAVEL/LOCATION INFORMATION: Turn right onto Grand Ronde Road from Highway 18. Drive one mile, then turn left onto the Tribal Campus.
-The Social Services department is located in Building B, the Community Center.
-The Education Division is in Building K.
