TRANSITIONAL HOUSING
Provides transitional housing, rental subsidies, case management, and training assistance to help families move from their immediate housing crises towards self-sufficiency. Families may stay in the program for up to 12 months and meet regularly with a Housing Advocate to develop a family action plan that details the steps the family will take to become self-sufficient.
