OREGON TRAIL CARD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPLACEMENT EBT
Call customer service to inquire about balance, to report a lost or stolen card and to request a replacement card. If it is after regular business hours, callers must first report their lost or stolen card, then call the Card Replacement Line to request a new one. It may take up to five business days to receive a replacement card by mail.
If EBT card is damaged and doesn't work, take the card to a local ODHS benefits office to get a new card the same day.

Eligibility: Recipients need to use a EBT card (Oregon Trail Card) to receive their food and cash benefits, it works like a debit card. Benefits are deposited into the account each month and use the card and PIN number to buy food or withdraw cash.
Recipients can use the ebtEDGE website or mobile app to view your benefits.
Hours: Card Replacement Line: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
