Online education program teaches the basics of purchasing your first home and finding information on affordable mortgage loans and available down payment assistance programs. eHomeAmerica includes an individual pre-purchase counseling meeting with a certified homeownership counselor at ACCESS.
"Realizing the American Dream" teaches the basics of purchasing your first home and includes information about affordable mortgage loan programs and available down payment and closing cost assistance. Multiple classes are offered quarterly and take place at Rogue Community College campuses in Grants Pass and Medford.
