EMERGENCY HOMELESS PREVENTION PROGRAM
Assists with mortgage and rent payments, depending on availability of funds and no more than once every 2 years per household. The program is designed to help individuals and families who are either currently homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Eligibility: -Must be homeless, have a 72-hour eviction notice, or a mortgage notice of delinquency
-Eviction must be due to a sudden decrease in income (within the last 6 months) that prevented the ability to pay rent/mortgage
-Applicant must have the potential to increase income and make future rent/mortgage payments
-Applicants must make 50% Area Median Income or less
Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-6pm, Friday 8am-4:30pm
