Program focuses on early childhood development through case management home visits that include parent education and skill building, developmental and health screenings, kindergarten readiness and transition, and navigating community resources. Safety and intervention for families in crisis to help children remain in the home or help reunify the family.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for information. Must fill out intake documents at first home visit. Clients are sometimes referred by other agencies and other IRCO programs.
