Provides rent assistance and housing case management services. Assistance is limited and not guaranteed and on a first come, first serve basis. Only the first 50 callers will receive callbacks.

-Currently have an eviction notice and court order
-Imminent risk of homelessness
-Families with children ages 0-18, who are currently housed, whose income is at or below 50% of Area Median Income (AMI) AND in need of case management

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for appointment when line is open. Leave a message with first name, last name, and phone number. Calls are returned on a first-come, first-served basis. No walk-ins accepted.

DOCUMENTS: Photo ID for adults, Social Security cards, and proof of income for the past 30 days for all adults
