HOMELESSNESS AND URBAN CAMPING IMPACT REDUCTION PROGRAM
Belongings confiscated during a campsite cleanup within the City of Portland are stored at the Rapid Response Bio Clean storage facility for thirty days. Property owners may inquire to locate confiscated property or pick up belongings. Property left for longer than 30 days will be destroyed or donated. Items that cannot be stored for health or hazard reasons will be disposed of. Also takes requests for cleanup and garbage removal.
