The goal of the Independent Living Program is to prepare foster and former foster youth to live independently by increasing their skills, knowledge and competency in the following areas:
-Educational Stability, Advocacy and Achievement
-Post-secondary education preparation
-Income Maintenance
-Employment/Vocational Readiness
-Housing
-Daily Living Skills
-Interpersonal Skills
-Youth Self Advocacy
-Bridging of healthy/supportive relationships

Eligibility: Individuals must be or have been a 'Dependent of the State' in the child welfare system after their 15th birthday until their 21st birthday
