EDUCATION/TRAINING VOUCHER PROGRAM
Provides up to $5,000 per year to eligible foster care youth who have left foster care or are likely to leave foster care because they have turned 18 for education-related costs including but not limited to tuition, fees, books, housing and transportation. Applicants must reapply every year. Funding is granted based on need, available resources and proof of academic progress.

Eligibility: Youth who have been emancipated from the Washington state foster care system or who were in foster care and adopted after age 16 and are enrolled or plan to enroll in an accredited post-secondary education/training program anywhere in United States
