Eligibility:
Must be experiencing SUD issues and having trouble accessing care,
no matter what stage of change they are in
Clients must also be:
-Involved or at risk of involvement with law enforcement
-Houseless or at risk of becoming houseless due to substance use
-Willing to work on recovery goals and/or harm reduction
-Willing to engage in behavioral health services
