The Telecommunication Devices Access Program (TDAP) loans specialized telephone equipment at no cost and with no income restrictions to eligible Oregonians who have a hearing, cognitive, speech, vision, or mobility disability.

Eligibility: Certify eligibility on the TDAP application with physician, physician assistant, vocational rehabilitation counselor, hearing aid specialist, speech-language pathologist, audiologist, nurse practitioner or Rehabilitation Instructor for the Blind.
