FAMILY CAREGIVER SUPPORT PROGRAM
Assists unpaid family caregivers who are caring for a person age 60 or older by linking them to available resources to make care-giving duties easier. Provides limited funds for eligible caregivers to seek respite care, adult day care, or items that make care-giving easier (grab bars, etc.).

Also provides respite care subsidies to grandparents age 55 and older who are raising grandchildren. Children must reside with the grandparent.
