PORTLAND ANIMAL WELFARE TEAM
Provides veterinary health care clinics and access to a pet supply bank. Households can access the pet supply bank monthly. Maximum of two pets per household will be seen. Services include:

-Basic health exams

-Vaccines

-Flea and de-worming treatments
-Pet supplies
-Discounted animal licensing

Accepts donations of new and gently used pet supplies such as toys, cat litter, pet medication (see website for a list of accepted medication), flea prevention, vaccines (unexpired), clinic supplies, dewormer, prescription, and regular cat and dog food within one year of expiration. Food may be opened but must be in its original container.


Cannot accept: Any food past one year of expiration, CBD treats or supplements, retractable leashes, shock collars, electric collars, or prong collars.
Volunteer opportunities are available.

Eligibility: Pets of people who are experiencing homelessness or extreme poverty. Monthly income must be below the federal poverty level. Pets must be spayed/neutered or client must be willing to spay/neuter their pet.

Volunteers: Age 16 and older
Hours: Tuesday-Thursday 10am-3pm
