PARENT TRAINING AND INFORMATION (FACT PTI)
Provides parent trainings, resources, information, and support to parents and caregivers on issues related to special education. Educational services are centered on helping families to be their child's number one fan and advocate, helping them to participate fully on their child's Individual Education Program (IEP) team, and successfully creating an education plan that provides their child with a free appropriate public education.

FACT Help Line is available to answer questions, provide assistance with special educational concerns, and support families' preparation for IEP meetings.
