Provides a 24-hour crisis, resource, and referral line. Crisis counselors provide support for issues such as abuse, anger, anxiety, bullying, coping skills, dating and break-ups, depression, eating disorders, grief, parenting and relationship problems, self-esteem, self-injury, school, stress, suicide, and self-care. Offers a mobile app with a mood journal to track feelings in writing or emojis and get tips on how to identify triggers or deal with stressful situations.

OAK BRIDGE YOUTH SHELTER
Oak Bridge Youth Shelter serves youth who are experiencing homelessness, or are otherwise in need of sage temporary shelter. Family reconciliation is emphasized when appropriate. Length of stay varies based on individual need. Crisis intervention, information and referral services, and case management are also available.
Eligibility: Ages 9-17. Youth may call for services or be placed by DCYF or law enforcement. Referrals may also come from schools, DCYF, hospitals, detention, probation, law enforcement, or anyone else concerned with a youth's safety.

LINES FOR LIFE
YOUTHLINE
Provides confidential crisis intervention, counseling, and referral line for youth and their families who are dealing with issues ranging from a bad test grade, running away from home, homelessness, or a recent breakup to such topics as depression, anxiety, bullying, pregnancy, self-harm, or substance use disorder.

The YouthLine is staffed by volunteers ages 15-18 who are supervised at all times by an adult. Volunteers from different high schools across the Portland Metro area complete 30 hours of crisis line training to develop peer helping skills and learn about substance use disorder and available treatment.

STATION 7 SHELTER AND CRISIS LINE
Provides youth crisis intervention services and a temporary youth shelter.

Crisis program services include immediate crisis intervention and counseling, youth and family assessments, and referral assistance.

Shelter services offer short-term overnight stays, group counseling, and individual case management. Runaways, homeless youth, and families with youth in crisis use the shelter for a temporary time-out while a long-term plan is developed.

NATIONAL RUNAWAY SAFELINE
Provides anonymous and confidential crisis intervention, information and referral, message delivery, and conference services for homeless and runaway youth and their families. Free bus rides home to qualified youth via Greyhound's Home Free Program.
