Also provides independent living services for visually impaired individuals. Includes orientation and mobility training, techniques of daily living, Braille, counseling, support groups, vocational training, job development, and transition services for blind high school students. Also offers a selection of adaptive items for people with visual impairments.

Provides comprehensive educational programs for youth who are blind or visually impaired, psychological counseling, career education, residential services, and outreach to public schools. Also offers an exchange program with public schools.
