LIHEAP payments will be counted as utility assistance through the Social Services Emergency Assistance Program. If applicants have received LIHEAP funds as of October 1 through another agency, they are ineligible to apply.

-A household member must be enrolled in a federally recognized Tribe, or a parent/guardian of a minor CTUIR enrolled child
-At least 18 years old
-Have experienced financial hardship (qualified for unemployment benefits, experienced a reduction in income, incurred significant costs)

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
