Eligibility:
Family members of children and/or youth (ages 26 and younger) with
special physical, emotional, behavioral, or mental health needs,
including those who are at risk or suspected of having a special
need. The child/youth does not have to have a diagnosed
condition.
Family to Family does not require documentation to prove citizenship to receive services.
