Coordinates with community agencies to provide professional services. Volunteer Services (VS) depend on volunteers to provide the services.

LONG TERM CARE VANCOUVER
Provides ongoing assistance to older adults and adults with disabilities who are living in their own homes. Homecare workers complete housework, grocery shopping, laundry, minor chores, and personal care (dressing and bathing). Care may be for just a few hours a day or around the clock.

CDM CAREGIVING SERVICES
IN-HOME CARE
Provides personal care to individuals so they may remain independent in their homes. Offers contracted chore services, personal care (hygiene), respite care, home health care, friendly visiting and can provide Lifeline Personal Emergency Response units (PERS).

Provides or connects seniors with services that allow them to remain safely in their homes and communities (elder law, home maintenance and minor repair services, housekeeping assistance, Medicare counseling, housing information and referral, advocacy, and senior ride program). Services include Oregon Project Independence Services (OPI) and community resources. Additionally offers short-term case management (options counseling) and chronic disease management.
