Matches volunteers with older adults to provide periodic assistance with everyday chores such as grocery shopping, light housework, yard work, local transportation, and friendly check-ins.

Transportation for eligible persons to medical services, health care services, social services, meal programs, senior centers, shopping or recreational activities.

Provides transportation to older adults and people with disabilities for medical appointments, personal business, and shopping. Priority is given for life-sustaining medical appointments. Rides are provided within Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington Counties.

The Ride Together program allows riders to recruit their own volunteer driver (i.e. family, neighbors, and friends). Participants schedule rides with their volunteer driver. Mileage reimbursement is provided and volunteer training is required.

The Vets Driving Vets program matches veterans who volunteer their services with other veterans who need rides to doctors' appointments or to take care of other basic needs.

Provides transportation services for seniors, people with disabilities, and those experiencing social isolation. Shuttle transports to Battle Ground, WA for medical appointments, shopping, meal sites, community services, socialization opportunities, and more.

Provides home delivered meals, naturalization assistance, homebound assistance, limited transportation assistance, case management, health and wellness activities, and focal point leadership for older adults and their caregivers. An Information and Assistance specialist is available to provide information and referrals.

Provides transportation services:
-Medicaid Transportation: Provided to individuals authorized by the state Medicaid Transportation Brokerage
-Senior Transportation: Provides wheelchair-accessible vans and volunteer drivers for residents who live outside of the public transit area and need transportation to medical appointments or for errands.
- Rural Public Transportation: Provides public transportation from Longview, south to Vancouver and north to Castle Rock

Provides transportation to and from medical appointments.

Volunteers provide transportation to medical appointments and friendly visiting. Handyman chores, installing grab bars and other minor home repairs, some yard work, grocery and shopping assistance, and information and referrals are amongst services provided.
Medical transportation can be provided to Albany, Corvallis, Eugene, Lebanon, Portland and Salem.
