ADULT GROUP HOMES
Homes for adults with I/DD, including autism, support each individual’s unique needs, helping them build skills that encourage independence and community participation. Residents have access to behavioral and mental health services, medication administration, self-advocacy training, and connections to community-based activities. We take a holistic approach, offering behavioral supports, medication administration, self-advocacy, training, and community-based activities. Including completing their education and vocational training or finding a meaningful job. We support daily self-care, such as eating and bathing, while encouraging the development of independent living skills, such as shopping and managing money. Residents have private bedrooms that they can decorate and personalize. They share common areas with housemates with similar interests and support needs. We do not provide 2:1 or 1:1 caregiver-to-resident staffing ratios.
