Lists 400+ adult care homes in Multnomah County that web users can filter by zip code and other criteria, including whether smoking or pets are permitted, power chair accommodations, night care provided, etc. Listings include pictures, descriptions of the home and care provided, and maps.

Website also offers tips and tools for selecting an adult care home, including a checklist to take on home tours and tips on how to talk to a person about the need to move to a setting that provides care.
