Provides outreach to older adults and adults with disabilities. Staff are available to provide special services to vulnerable people in the community. Through home visits and referrals, the program helps people live independently in a safe and healthy environment. Home visits may be used to assess an individual's living situation and identify existing needs. Provides information to connect individuals with resources through community partners and/or referrals to other agencies, as well as occasional emergency services.

Provides services for seniors including an information center, games, meals, exercise classes, art classes, birthday parties, and special entertainment. Provides a congregate meal 4 days per week and a home delivered meal program.

Provides specialized information and assistance, initial eligibility screening for services to support older adults, people with disabilities, veterans, and their families and caregivers. Facilitates access to social service programs and provides follow-up and advocacy to individuals experiencing barriers to services.

Provides seniors access to resources to remain independent in their homes. Works with clients to reduce isolation, increase home supports (such as housekeeping and bathing assistance), and encourages healthy living habits. Also offers various classes, workshops, special events, and outings.

Provides home delivered meals, naturalization assistance, homebound assistance, limited transportation assistance, case management, health and wellness activities, and focal point leadership for older adults and their caregivers. An Information and Assistance specialist is available to provide information and referrals.

Center provides services to older adults, including case management, options counseling, family caregiver support, transportation, recreational and health-based activities, and information and assistance/referral. Other services include Senior Law Project, Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance (SHIBA), and AARP tax preparation assistance.

Provides in-home services for older adults such as personal care and respite care. Provides congregate meals and delivers in-home meals to older adults who are homebound. Community meals are offered in Klamath Falls, Bonanza, Bly, Keno, Malin, Paisley, and Lakeview. Also provides information and referral to other services.

Services include specialized information and assistance, transportation scheduling, and wellness programs. In addition, the center hosts recreational activities, foot care, and other social activities.

Information and Assistance (I&A) provides confidential assistance with agency and program information. I&A staff can provide assistance in the following programs: Medicare, personal care, energy assistance, Social Security benefits, assisted living, nursing homes, adult family homes, Legal Aid, nutrition education, health needs, SNAP benefits (food stamps), services for sight and hearing Impaired, family caregiver services, transportation, and respite care.

Provides assistance with locating services and advocating for older adults. The Eldercare locator database is designed to link older adults and their caregivers to unbiased information and assistance resources at the state and community level.
