Provides a holistic education program for Latina women working towards a GED, including coursework in English Language Development (ELD), mathematics, grammar, parenting, and an 18-week seminar focused on conflict resolution (ESPERE).

The Early Childhood Education program provides preschool and child care for participants' children.

Offers educational programs to individuals who are seeking to improve employability. Programs include GED tutoring and computer literacy. Also assists clients in attaining job readiness through job application assistance, interview preparation, resume building and locating internship and on the job training (OJT) opportunities.

Business development services are offered at no cost to those who wish to start their own business and to existing small business owners who wish to improve business practices.
