HELPING HANDS REENTRY TILLAMOOK
Provides emergency shelter, housing, food, clothing, and a comprehensive needs assessment process supported by a case manager to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness, coping with addiction, those who are in crisis, and/or those who are re-entering the community from incarceration. Establishes networks with partner agencies to offer counseling, identification, schooling, and job placement. Also has in-person assisters to help apply for health insurance. Once admitted to the emergency shelter, clients can use the space 24 hours per day / 7 days per week for 30 days, with an option for a long term reentry program.

DUAL HEALTH CREDIT
OTC plus card or credit is for dual-enrolled individuals in Medicare and Medicaid. This card is used to purchase a variety of basic needs, such as food and over-the-counter (OTC) healthcare products. Eligible items like cold care, oral care, pain relief, first aid, incontinence products, and grocery items like meat and produce are covered. Can also be used for utility payments such as electricity, gas, water, and internet.
Eligibility: Must be dual enrolled in Medicare AND Medicaid
