The 211info SNAP and Food Access program provides specialized information, referral, advocacy, follow-up services, and extra guidance to individuals and family members who would like to access the SNAP program, have a question or issue with their current SNAP case, and/or need extra guidance accessing food resources.

Value-Added Benefits (VAB) offer additional supports not covered by Apple Health (Medicaid) and are provided to clients by their managed care plan. Examples include but are not limited to breast pumps, car seats, doula services, ex-offender reentry programs, housing search assistance, smoking cessation programs, food vouchers, mobile devices and free enrollment in programs.

Once admitted to the emergency shelter, clients can use the space 24 hours per day / 7 days per week for 30 days, with an option for a long term reentry program.

OTC plus card or credit is for dual-enrolled individuals in Medicare and Medicaid. This card is used to purchase a variety of basic needs, such as food and over-the-counter (OTC) healthcare products. Eligible items like cold care, oral care, pain relief, first aid, incontinence products, and grocery items like meat and produce are covered. Can also be used for utility payments such as electricity, gas, water, and internet.

Provides assistance with filing claims for unpaid wages, legal assistance, mental health supports, temporary lodging, food boxes and vouchers, clothing, and relocation assistance.

Provides eligible seniors with vouchers that can be used at participating farm stands and markets to purchase locally grown fresh fruits and vegetables. Vouchers can be used from June 1 to November 30.

Shoppers who use their EBT (Electronic Benefits Transfer) card and Safeway Club Card and purchase $10 of qualifying fruits and vegetables will receive a $5 coupon toward their next purchase. Food can be fresh, canned, or frozen, so long as the products have no added fats, sugar, or salt. Shoppers will receive one coupon per transaction. Coupons can be earned at any Safeway store in the state of Washington.
