YMCA'S DIABETES PREVENTION PROGRAM
The YMCA's Diabetes Prevention Program, part of the CDC-led National Diabetes Prevention Program, is a year-long program consisting of 25 classroom sessions. A trained Lifestyle Coach helps participants learn strategies for healthy eating, physical activity, and other lifestyle changes.
