Offers free, confidential testing for HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, hepatitis C, and syphilis, as well as free treatment for chlamydia and gonorrhea. PrEP Navigation and insurance enrollment also offered.

Provides health care, housing, and employment services in one facility. Health care services include: primary care, walk-in care, hepatitis C treatment, mental health treatment, acupuncture, and an on-site pharmacy. Most addiction treatment services including suboxone (no methadone treatments). Transitional, supportive, and permanent housing services also available.

Provides supplies to people who use injection drugs and offers a one-to-one exchange for clean needles. Other services include rapid Hepatitis C and HIV testing, safer sex supplies, PReP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) and health insurance navigation, overdose prevention training, naloxone kit distribution, and referrals to community resources. The Cowlitz Family Health Center Harm Reduction Program includes multiple wrap-around services to support the population that accesses the syringe exchange service including:

-1:1 exchange of clean syringe equipment for used syringe equipment
-Health education
-Hepatitis C and HIV screening and referral for care
-Family Planning, including birth control counseling, contraception (Depo Provera), emergency contraception, and pregnancy testing
-Naloxone for overdose prevention
-Wound care
-Assistance in enrolling in Medicaid for qualified individuals
-Referral for primary care, dental care, substance use disorder treatment, medication assisted treatment and community services

Harm Reduction works to meet people where they are at and to reduce the negative effects of drug use and sexual behaviors. All services listed below are free of charge and anonymous. Services offered include: rapid HIV testing, rapid Hepatitis C testing, syringe exchange services, distribution of condoms and first aid supplies, and Naloxone distribution.

The Harm Reduction Clinic offers short-term care for individuals with skin, wound, and soft tissue infections. Also provides HIV, hepatitis C, and syphilis testing; syringe exchange; Naloxone distribution; health insurance enrollment; and referral to community resources.

Provides anonymous and confidential HIV, hepatitis C, and syphilis testing. HIV testing is done by taking a blood or oral sample, with rapid 20-minute test results available for those who qualify. Results are available by phone or in person. Condoms and other safe sex supplies also available.

Offers HIV prevention counseling and PrEP (PRe Exposure Prophylaxis) navigation.

Syringe Exchange works to prevent the spread of HIV and other diseases among drug injectors. In addition to safer injection supplies, participants can receive counseling, safer sex information and supplies, free and anonymous HIV testing and Hepatitis C testing, as well as other drug treatment referrals.

Outside In's syringe exchange policy is a one for one (1:1) program, meaning users get an even exchange for however many syringes they bring in, however no one will be turned away for not having returns.
