Provides assistance scheduling food pantry visits, blood pressure tests, dental, vision, general wellness, and mammogram appointments. Individual food pantries may limit the number of times a household can receive a food box per month.

Provides mobile medical care and needle exchange by hosting Outside In's medical van and syringe exchange program. Includes a full range of health services such as disease management, routine primary care, HIV/STI testing, women's health care, mental health, and transgender care. Also provides assistance with enrollment in Oregon Health Plan (OHP) or other health insurance plans. For the syringe exchange, users get an even exchange for however many syringes they bring in, though no one will be turned away for not having returns.

Provides case management/coordinated care, community trainings/education, Naloxone distribution/overdose education, safe sex items, syringe services, and harm reduction supplies.

Provides showers, clothing, haircuts, hygiene products (body cleansing wipes, basic first aid, dental care items, feminine hygiene, health, basic first aid, grooming tools, hand sanitizier, surgical/N95 masks, soap, shampoo/conditioner and other items (dependent upon donations),COVID-19 screenings, wound care, health education, and referrals to outside providers.

Provides sit down or to-go hot meals. Other services include a shower truck, Mosaic Medical Van, and general assistance information.

The La Clinica Mobile Health Center is a 40-foot clinic on wheels that provides basic medical, emergency dental, and behavioral health care. Nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and dental staff work on the vehicle, which includes medical exam areas, a full dental suite, an office area, a lab, and a restroom. The medical and dental exam areas can be enclosed to provide privacy for patients. Some vaccinations including flu vaccine, is available.

Provides medical care (primary, behavioral, and addiction related) care by volunteer outreach medical providers, social workers, and case managers. This is not an emergency service.
