Provides basic needs services including transportation, language interpretation, assistance filling out forms (e.g. W-2s, job applications, rental forms and appointments with other agencies), navigation and enrollment for the Oregon Health Plan, assistance with documentation of discrimination, discussion about issues that may be affecting the Latinx community, as well as possible assistance to families during emergency situations in addition to wraparound support. Also provides information about workshops for leadership training, financial literacy, and civic engagement.

Provides health navigator services and culturally appropriate health services, economic development, and education for the Latino community by focusing on wellness programs.

Works to help clients navigate through the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) application process, including enrollment assistance, plan selection, and follow-up.
