RESTORATIVE JUSTICE PROGRAM
Brings together offenders, their victims, and members of the community to dialogue and explore options for restitution and healing. Programs include Restorative Peer Court and Youth Mediation for youth who have received a violation or citation, Family Mediation, and Parent/Teen Mediation. Also offers services to adult first-time offenders.

CENTER FOR MEDIATION AND DIALOGUE
Provides confidential mediation, facilitation, and conflict resolution education. Types of mediation include:

-Community Mediation: Conflicts involving noise, fences, parking, vandalism, animal complaints, property damage or maintenance, harassment, minor assaults, and conflicts over money and personal property.

-Foreclosure Avoidance Mediation: Utilizes specially trained facilitators to conduct face-to-face resolution conferences between borrowers and lenders to avoid home foreclosure.
-Housing Mediation: For tenants, landlords/housing providers wishing to discuss issues related to rent, repairs, communication, or any other issues or concerns related to the living arrangement.

-Manufactured Home (MFH) Mediation: Assists homeowners, residents, managers, and park owners to resolve conflicts associated with the parks and living situations.

-Home Sharing Mediation: Connects homeless high school students who are committed to graduating from high school with people willing to share their homes. Mediators facilitate rental contracts and a house rules discussion to provide a space for open communication and mutual expectation setting before move-in. Mediators check in with the parties after a few months to continue promoting open communication, contract modifications, and conflict resolution strategies as needed.

-Restorative Dialogue: Offers trained facilitators to help juvenile offenders and crime victims meet face-to-face. The dialogue is an opportunity to discuss the impacts of the harm, meaningful accountability, and make agreements to repair the harm.



Takes most cases, with the exceptions of parenting plan/divorce cases, or court-ordered small claims, which are handled through Washington County.

COMMUNITY MEDIATION SERVICES
Trained mediators assist in finding solutions to conflicts. Mediators have experience with interpersonal disputes, family mediation (e.g., parent/teen, runaways), parenting plan adjustments, neighborhood disputes (e.g., barking dogs, property line/easement disputes), landlord/tenant disputes, institutional/business mediation, and victim/offender mediation. Also holds workshops, public lectures, and discussions on mediation and coaches individuals in conflicted situations. Meetings may be held in the client's community to ease time or transportation limitations. Does not mediate domestic violence cases.

Dispute resolution center offering mediation services through trained volunteer mediators. Mediates small claims, neighbor-to-neighbor disputes, harassment claims, vandalism, property conflicts, family relationships, animal disputes, employee disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, student disputes, noise issues, debt, youth disputes (including parent/teen conflict), and parking disputes.

Also offers restorative justice conferencing for victims, allowing them to confront their offenders in a restorative setting.
